The Ancestral Health Society is an organization for people interested in the ways pre-industrial diets and lifestyles might improve health outcomes today. We foster connection and conversation among scientists, clinicians, coaches and others, through our weekly podcast, newsletter and in-person symposium.
Ancestral Health Today is a weekly podcast about the forgotten pre-industrial nutrition and lifestyle secrets being rediscovered to improve health and wellbeing today. Hosted by Isabel Burnett, a board certified health coach, and Todd Becker, an engineer and independent researcher, Ancestral Health Today features fascinating interviews with the leading minds in ancestral health science.
The Ancestral Health Symposium (AHS) is a yearly networking and educational conference for our organization’s members. Recorded presentations from past symposia are available on our YouTube channel.
